Catering
We use as much local and organic produce in our catering as possible, including organic meat from our own farm plus organic salads and vegetables from other local growers. With prior notice we can cater for any special dietary requirements and provide vegetarian options.
Sample Menus
Breakfasts
- Continental Breakfast includes cereals, toast, fruit juices, tea and coffee
- Full breakfast includes local sausage (vegetarian available), local bacon, scrambled free range egg, beans, mushrooms, toast, cereals, fruit juices tea and coffee
Lunches
- Working lunch package options: Soup and a roll or a selection of filled rolls, or jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings.
- Business lunch package options: Cold buffet lunch followed by dessert.
Evening Meals
We offer a set two course menu which includes cheese and biscuits and tea and coffee. Your menu choices can be agreed in advance of your stay. All our meals are home cooked and we use organic beef and lamb from our own farm in our meat dishes. Vegetarian alternatives to all the dishes are available.
Main Course options include:
- Treberfedd Beef lasagne served with salad and garlic bread
- Llanwenog lamb casserole with seasonal vegetables served with potatoes and peas or Vegetable casserole with herb dumplings
- Treberfedd beef chilli and rice or vegetarian bean chilli and rice
- Shepherds pie with treberfedd lamb mince served with seasonal organic vegetables
Dessert options include:
- Seasonal fruit crumble with custard or ice cream
- Apple pie with custard or ice cream
- Summer fruits trifle
- Cheesecake
- Fruit salad
- Pavlova with fresh fruit and cream
Dessert is followed by a selection of welsh cheeses and biscuits and tea or coffee
