Open Farm Trail

The farm trail winds its way through traditional hay meadows, conservation grasslands and welsh broadleaf woodland. There are fantastic views along the way and lots of wildlife including red kites, barn owls and many songbirds. Visitors can also see traditional breeds of farm animal including Llanwenog sheep, traditional Hereford cows, chickens, pigs and black Welsh mountain sheep. Treberfedd Farm is a great place to explore some of the finest unspoilt countryside of West Wales.

1st April to 31st October
Monday 1pm – 5pm
Tuesday 1pm – 5pm
Wednesday - closed
Thursday 1pm – 5pm
Friday 1pm – 5pm
Saturday 1pm – 5pm
Sunday - closed

1st November to 31st March
Open same days as above
From 11.30am to 3.30pm

FACILITIES

  • Large car park with good access
  • Toilet facilities and disabled toilet
  • Gift shop & farm produce (shop not always open – please ring for times)

ACCESSIBILITY

  • The farm trail is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs
  • Mostly grass paths with stretches of stone farm track and woodland paths. Some hilly sections and steps in the woodland. There are some stiles to climb over and field gates to open.
  • The drive way is suitable for pushchairs and some animals can be seen from there.
  • The trail will be closed after excessive rain, snow and during high winds.
